Clerical / Inventory Associate

Associate follows verbal or written instructions to ensure continuous,
accurate receipts and charges. Maintain flow of proper paperwork involved in
the movement of merchandise in and out of the facility as specified in
DDC/MDO/DDSO/HLDC PRO.

Qualifications
* Communicate with internal and external customers, vendors, co-workers,
supervisor and Home Office personnel.

* Input data into the DOS and other related DD channel systems.

* Verify and process bills for payment. Distribute paperwork in a timely
manner.

* Investigate and process overages, shortages, damages, adjustments,
production reports, purchase order problems and maintain related logs.

* Log trailers in and out of the facility.

* Sort, bundle, distribute, confirm pick tickets daily.

* Perform other related duties which may be asigned by management/supervisory
personnel.

* Maintain acceptable level of attendance based on company attendance
policy. Associates work schedule may be subject to change based on
business requirements.

SCOPE OF INFLUENCE:

* Works with minimal supervision. Co-operates with managment/supervisory
personnel and co-workers to achieve daily operational requirements and
goals.

* Takes initiative to raise/report operational and potential saftey issues
to immediate supervisor to promote a safe/compelling work environment
