If you are an independent person who enjoys software implementation and client service you could be the person we are looking for. This position is located in our Cleveland office and would include some day travel to our Toledo markets as well. A typical day could include: Client follow up visits, acting as a liaison between our clients and internal staff, as well as being the project manager for our new clients.

Client Implementation Executive
Some Duties Include:
q Coordinate the conversion of new clients from their existing payroll system to Paycor.
q Install software at a client site for new clients.
q Train new users on Paycor software and procedures at their site or ours
q Troubleshoot hardware and software system problems for clients.
q Investigate, analyze and recommend solutions for client service issues.
q Work with the service department manager and staff to resolve client issues and establish procedures to eliminate recurring issues.
q Provide technical expertise to support the sales team on an as needed basis.
q Perform assigned responsibilities relating to client service, such as lost account management, or other duties. Requirements
q Four-year degree or equivalent education and experience.
q 2-3 years experience in client service.
q Knowledge of payroll or accounting principles strongly preferred.
q Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
q Good organizational and time management skills.
q Limited travel.
q Must be proficient in PC software including Windows, and Excel.
