Client Relations Supervisor - CMHF Lease Pricing

Commercial Business Group



The individual in this position will provide support to the CitiCapital Material Handling Finance Origination Team by overseeing the coordination of lease pricing origination workflow, process control and team performance. Specifically:Ensure thorough review of all program and non-program financial merchandising quotations and lease pricing on credit approvals prior to issuance to ensure that accurate information has been supplied and applicable business, AMG and credit policies have been followed Provide, and assist staff in providing, external quotes and internal lease pricing, including loans and leases, interest rates, amortization, residuals/balloons, and various term structures Work with team and management to determine and deliver appropriate financial merchandising, manufacturer and dealer support, leveraging high level of knowledge of MH market, business policies, program agreements, equipment, and processes Ensure timely follow up with appropriate internal/external sources, including dealers, marketing, AMG and other support staff, to obtain additional information to conclude quote/pricing within the established business standards Communicate regularly with customers/dealers, develop/maintain customer/dealer relationships, and provide timely, effective resolution of customer issues escalated by staff Provide leadership to team of Client Relations Specialists through support, training, and issue resolution for staff on all above tasks as needed Measure and review individual and team performance, identifying staff development opportunities Maintain volume and performance metrics, prepare and regularly report results against standards to management Work with team, dealers, peers and management to ensure performance standards and customer expectations are met or exceeded Identify and develop opportunities for improved efficiency and increased capacity for NBV growth Maintain and improve process controls to ensure satisfactory RCSA results and compliance with CitiCapital and MHF policies Assist in other department and cross-functional projects as needed by business



Successful candidates will possess:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years Equipment Leasing Industry experience, financial marketing experience strongly preferredOutstanding customer service attitude, focus and experienceExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to build and/or lead a teamProven ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail, while providing assistance to others, under pressure and deadlinesProficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook; Infolease and Xpress Credit experience helpful
