Client Relationship Officer is an integral part of the sales organization of the US Market region who is responsible for three main activities: 1) Account Management; 2) Compliance and 3) Specific Sales Management Activities. Specifically:CRO is responsible for 1) account opening - completing documentation, managing all account opening inquiries and overseeing transfer of all documents and securities; 2) account maintenance - investigating reporting and pricing inquiries and maintaining ClientWise profiles; 3) Project One info - setting up relationship reports and aggregating account information; assigning member role and managing web enrollment. Compliance responsibilities include: 1) KYC New Profile - researching client information; entering client data into ClientWise and completing annual review; 2) KYC Annual Review - producing monthly report by Banker; researching changes; submitting annual review form and updating profiles. Sales Management includes being responsible for: 1) Managing Capital Contribution Loan Program and Affinity Group; 2) Managing IRA transfers and rollovers; 3) Referring Banking Products and Cash Management business to Bankers.



3-5 years of experience in financial industry; strong background and interest in the fields of operations and compliance

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, team work and analytical skills

Knowledge of investment, banking and credit products desirable

Previous client service experience in related financial services field preferred

Systems, MS Office, etc. proficiency and aptitude

Licensing: series 6/7, 63/65, 66.

BA/BS or equivalent required.
