Description Within E&Y's Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice, we are currently seeking a Client Serving Associate to assist staff members in performing client service activities.

Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of engagement tasks and in the delivery of work products. Prepare written communications, participate in one-on-one and small group discussions with other engagement team members and interact with clients.

Other responsibilities of the Client Serving Associate include, but are not limited to:

*Spreadsheet preparatio

*Assistance with data gathering and analysis

*Preparation of billings

*Coordination of client requests

*Processing invoices

*Summarizing audit fee services from various affiliates around the world

*Some administrative assistance

THE POSITION IS LOCATED IN NAPERVILLE, IL

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must at least be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree and must have:

* excellent communication skills
* integrity, maturity, and dependability in a professional environment
* a positive attitude and enthusiasm at work
* proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Lotus Notes
* excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and documentation ability
* customer focused
