Summary of Role:  Provide a hands-on and supervisory role for a Finance function working in conjunction with primary Controller, CFO and COO.



 

Primary Job Responsibilities:Responsible for financial plans and policies, accounting practices, maintenance of financial records, specifically as it relates to Interbrand subsidiary companiesDevelop, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information for monthly, quarterly and annual operating data Manage cash resources Manage accounting staff ? payroll, payables, receivables, reporting Ensure corporate compliance with GAAP and SOX Manage critical accounting functions including G/L, billings and collections, fixed assets Manage the close process and reforecast process Support Controller, CFO and COO on projects as needed

 

Qualifications:BA/BS in Accounting CPA preferred 5 to 8 years experience in accounting field Strong knowledge of and experience with GAAP and SEC reporting Prior supervisory experience with ability to lead and motivate staff

 

Skills & Competencies:Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Strong computer skills ? Microsoft platform and Hyperion Ability to work effectively within a small teamAbility to Multi-taskAttention to detail a must
