The Coding Compliance Audit Manager will work on-site with senior staff, including the Corporate Responsibility Officer, to develop the internal audit program and will perform various compliance audits.

Qualified applicants must have the following:

Bachelor?s degree in Health Information Management, OR Associate's degree in Health Information Technology, AND/OR coding certification Three years of acute care coding experience Knowledge of current Medicare regulations, including IPPS and OPPS Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with people at all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel up to 30%
