Vignette, an innovative software solutions company, is currently searching for an experienced Collections Analyst. Vignette provides comprehensive applications that give customers the ability to deliver enterprise Web applications consisting of integrated information, composite applications and business processes to effectively meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have good phone presence, strong attention to detail, the ability to hit the ground running as well as the ability to work well under deadlines.

Responsibilities:Ability to begin collections process, as well as work with other departments within the process Extensive knowledge of the detail process around each vendor on how to collect ? via email or mail, etc. Ability to work well with all levels of management to assist in collections Strong phone presence w/ vendors ? comfortable maintaining relationships with aproximately 100 vendors Proven written and verbal skills. Ability to work with and meet deadlinesRequirements: Two years of collections experience Experience performing collections nationally from more than 50 different vendors Proficiency with Oracle's Accounts Receivable application Fluency in Portuguese a plus Familiarty with Brio
