Collections Analyst-Charlotte, NC

 



Dimension Data is seeking a Collections Analyst to join our Charlotte office team. 



Qualified candidates will work within the policies and procedures that govern the collection activities of the company.  Learns and operates under the appropriate financial analysis techniques to ensure proper evaluation of risk/exposure. The Collections Analyst will aid customers in obtaining financial assistance. Develop reports on the status of credit and collections and other operating statements for management. Inputs data for adjustment of customer claims. Maintains the cash processing and accounts receivable system operations. Work with existing and potential customers to investigate credit and collection matters and to foster good credit relationships between customer and company.  Complete periodic tasks as assigned.  This position requires three to four years of experience.  Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
