Collections Clerk

Small, fast paced international law firm requires a full time collections clerk and receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

? Collection of accounts payable from domestic/international clients
? Contacting clients by phone and/or mail to initiate collection actions
? Maintain records of collections
? Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone


Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent customer service and phone skills
5 years collections experience
Strong written and oral communications skills
Experience with QuickBooks
