Collections Representative

Screenvision Screenvision provides cinema-marketing solutions to its advertising clients through on-screen sight, sound and motion (Cinema Spots), still image advertising (Cinema Slides) and in-theatre promotional opportunities (Cinema Extensions). Nationally, Screenvision is the largest cinema network, exclusively providing Cinema Spots to advertisers on more than half of the nation's available movie screens. On the regional level, the company's Screenvision business unit offers Cinema Slide and promotional opportunities to small and mid-sized businesses in local markets around the country. In addition to its US-based operations, Screenvision has an extensive pan-European presence.

' Customer Relations
' Collection Calls Current to 180
' Liaison with sales department to resolve client issues
' Maintain Accurate History of Customer Contact
' Check Credit References
' Weekly Reports for Sales Department
' Weekly meetings with Directors of Sales and VP's of Sales
' Print, Review & Mail Statements Monthly on the 1st
' Spreadsheet Preparation of Detailed Account Statements of Customer History
' Review Credit Balance Accounts
' Various Projects as directed by Supervisor
' Process Suspensions
' Issue Collection letters for third party collections

1-2 years

o Specific Skills needed:
Excellent Customer Services skills,

o Specialized Knowledge, Qualifications, Training, Licenses, etc:

' Strong computer skills (Word & Excel), Great Plains a plus
' Must have ability to interact well with other departments
' Ability to meet deadlines
' Must be detailed and organized
' Excellent customer service skills
' Excellent written and verbal communication
