Collections Specialists – Business to Business

Dynamic, rapidly-growing Buffalo Grove based Consulting Firm needs your experience in business to business collections.   If you have a persuasive personality, customer service skills, problem solving abilities and collections experience, we're interested in meeting you. 

 

Essential Functions and Requirements:

 

?  Three (3) plus years of Business to Business Collections experience;

?  Facilitate resolution of billing discrepancies and work with team to resolve dispute;

?  A customer-service attitude and orientation;

?  Ability to manage multiple projects;

?  Ability to set goals and track progress towards completion;

?  Strong verbal and written communications skills;

?  Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Access or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet applications;

?  Willingness to share information and collaborate with colleagues;

?  Self-motivation and drive.
