Job Description: Urgent need for a collections representative in a stable, well known company. You will be responsible for researching account information and heavy collection on past due accounts. Prefer individual who is detail oriented, ability to work independently and ability to multi- task well. Strong with Excel and experience using some type of computerized accounting software. Business to business collections, calling on past due invoices. person must be persistent, tactful and have great communication skills. Will document calls in system regarding follow up, contact customers via e- mail or over the phone, research issues, there are some 3 party pays so helpful if aware.
