Combo Office and Accounting Position

A small but growing manufacturer in Central Phoenix, is looking for a ?Can Do? office powerhouse.  Coordinates activities of general business activities including accounting and clerical functions such as:  accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, maintaining bill of materials, billing and light reception.

* Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of paperwork, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.

* Responsible for all office machines and accounting related programs and procedures.  Continuously monitors and improves procedures; keeps employees informed of any changes in procedures. 

* Coordinates outside services, including water delivery, drug screenings, janitorial services, etc.  Purchases office supplies and tracks expenses so that the budget is not exceeded. 

* Performs daily accounting and clerical functions of branch such as:  accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and billing.

Skills/Qualifications:

5-7 years Experience in Office Environment

5-7 years Accounting experience prefer manufacturing

Word, Excel and MAS90 (or similar program)

Must be able to demonstrate skills in managing processes, problem solving and organization.Company offers Medical, Dental, Profit Sharing with paid vacations and personal time.  Hours are 7a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
