CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Commission Comp Analyst/Accountant for a prestigious mortgage company in the West Houston area.
Responsible for providing analyses related to commission compensation plan metrics, production cycles, and internal and external commission program trends. Works to resolve complex inquiries from field sales employees (LO, AE); responds to and initiate communications related to questions/issues associated with commission pay.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration
One (1)-2 years experience in accounting and financial analysis
Strong analytical skills; proficient in the development and use of databases and spreadsheets, (ACCESS and EXCEL)
Technical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills both written and oral
