Commissions Specialist

Wireless Channels is looking to add a motivated Commissions Specialist to our commissions team. The right candidate ideally has 1-2 year?s general accounting experience, and a working knowledge of accounting software, Solomon a plus.



Main Responsibilities:

Monthly Commissions processing under tight deadlines
Work closely with all departments and wholesale clients in order to make proper commission payments under tight deadlines.
Printing and mailing monthly commission statements.
Research and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:
A motivated team player is a must!
Accounting degree (BA or AA) or combination of education and experience.
PC proficient in Windows environment. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and Solomon or similar accounting software.
Experience with Purchase Order processing and review.
Acute attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tactful customer service and dispute resolution skills.
Mobile Phone experience is a plus
