Compliance Analyst

Description: Ensures overall company compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintains appropriate documentation and adequate timely testing on internal controls. Conducts risk assessments to understand the risk environment and ensure correct business decisions. Ensures internal controls are in place. Documents testing process to be used to validate the presence and effectiveness of key controls; Prepares quarterly and annual analyses to assist external auditors in operational and financial audits; Conducts risk assessments and internal control audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. May provide general guidance/direction or train junior level support and professional personnel. Demonstrates initiative and innovation in achieving results. Consistently accomplishes the expected objectives and takes on extra tasks or projects as necessary. Demonstrates high ethical standards and personal integrity. Interacts effectively at different levels and with different audiences (internal customers). Speaks and writes clearly and with sensitivity to diversity of audiences. Develops effective working relationships with peers, leads, supervisors within and across organizational lines. Adjusts well to situations (e.g. different management styles, new methods, systems and procedures) and changing priorities. Balances the ideal with the practical in achieving results. Is well organized and focuses on the highest priorities first. Is analytical and detail oriented. Initiates and takes responsibility for own development.

Qualifications:
2 years auditing experience required. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Related Field required. Working knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel required.
