Compliance Consultant (SOX)

A very successful, high-growth, publicly-traded company is searching for a qualified individual to join their established compliance team.  This position will contribute to the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) initiative through maintenance and oversight of financial controls, as well as the integration of assets and companies that the organization acquires.  A public accounting and/or SOX background is very helpful, but not necessary.
