Computer Audit Consultant

Position Description: Our client, a Financial Servies Company, is seeking motivated and experienced individuals are needed to fill computer audit positions. As part of a team environment, you will complete integrated and technical audits using customized audit approach and electronic workpaper system. This includes the most complex IT audits, applications and system development projects. May also be responsible for directing, monitoring and reviewing the work of less experienced staff. Domestic travel is expected to be 10-25%.
Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a comparative field and a minimum of 5+ years information systems auditing or related work experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to understand technical risk and communicate in business terms. The candidate should have in-depth/specialized IT auditing skills in several of the following areas: general controls; high profile Client Server System Development initiatives; UNIX (Sun Solaris & AIX); AS/400; Windows 2000; Oracle, Sybase, DB/2, UDB; Intranet, Internet and Extranet; and Electronic Commerce. CISA Certification, or attain certification within one year.
