Contract Excellence Change Management Prime

Partnering with other members of the Contract Excellence Team, this role will help ensure integrity and consistency in Global Nortel Revenue reporting processes, controls and drive for globalization of best practices from the various regional Contract Assurance Teams.

?- Working with the regional CA teams, ensure a common application of the GRG guidance via review procedures.
- Assist as Team Lead for team processing entries
?- With the GRG / ARRP Team, help identify issues requiring further understanding/clarification/training to ensure accurate reporting.
?- Identify requirements for tools necessary for finance to apply US GAAP.? Drive for production and role out of those tools globally by the Policy and Process Team.
?- Assist and drive the roll out of toolkits to the Contract Excellence Team as well as the finance community.? Perform MSA self assessment testing for a global revenue sox toolkit across the regional CAT teams.
?- Help develop a process for centralized review of global Contract Excellence activities.
?- Coordinate and work closely with the Finance Transformation team on revenue impacting items in advance of the SAP rollout to ensure organizational alignments can be made in advance of implementation and that global processes may be stream lined to the degree practicable prior to implementation.
?- Understand items not addressed by SAP and assist in the development of processes to resolve these issues and build in appropriate front end controls.? Identify controls required across all regions and work with the Policy and process team to formulate a control, design a procedure and implement processes and finance guidelines issued by that team.

Finance experience
