The impact player in this role will be responsible for the most complex and interpretive financial analyses, as well as providing periodic reports and special studies for management.  The impact player in the exciting opportunity will act as the primary liaison with our client?s auditing firm and financial advisors that have been hired to facilitate the audit.  The scope of this outstanding role varies from day to day but includes:

v Interactions with auditors

v Presentations to executive management

v Account reconciliations

v Development of project status sheets

 

The impact player we?re looking for who will be successful in this role will have the following attributes:

?  Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance

?  At least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience

?  Able to work with limited supervision in an extremely fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

?  A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated ability to convert accounting, financial, and/or operational data into business information

?  Able to set own priorities with great time management and organization skills

?  Familiarity with international accounting practices

?  Prior financial planning experience with exposure to monthly close procedures and annual forecasting

?  Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) is desired

?  MBA and/or CPA preferred
