Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Administrator is responsible for aiding in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Ultimately responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions and maintaining databases for department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Assist with negotiation of proposals for new business, aiding in the review and preparation of contractual provisions, making changes to existing contracts, and the ability to review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and/or other requirements.
? Assist with preparation of certifications and representations for all proposals and contract compliance, including preparation of supplier diversity reports;
? Assist in the preparation of gaming and non-gaming casino licenses and permit applications, including assisting individuals with completing gaming and work permit applications and maintaining database;
? Prepare memos, correspondence, and contracts, maintain files of correspondence and other company documents;
? Utilize excellent word processing skills, spelling, grammar, and organizational skills
? Other contractual and legal duties as required.

Requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
? Must be capable of working with minimal supervision and to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
? Must possess strong analytical skills, be well organized and have the ability to multi-task
? Bachelor?s degree with 6+ months experience in a legal or contract environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
