Contracts and Grants Associate

The International Executive Service Corps (IESC) is an international, not-for-profit organization with over 40 years of experience promoting economic growth and development worldwide. We are actively seeking a Contracts and Grants Associate to be an effective part of our team. DUTIES? Coordinate administrative processes for the Contracts and Grants unit. ? Review and assist in the processing of all new contracts, subagreements, and consultancies for internal compliance. ? Update and maintain all electronic and paper contract files. ? Liaise with program managers on a project?s contractual needs from cradle to grave. ? Review all RFPs/RFAs for requirements and obligations requested of the recipient. ? Liaise with the Program Development team on upcoming bids to ensure prompt execution of required documents. ? Collaborates with all members of the Finance Department on special projects. ? Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor's or Associate Degree required, preferably in Business discipline; Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration preferred, in either a not-for-profit or business environment. ? Previous work experience with a non-profit organization, prime contractor or federal agency a preferred ? Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact with all levels of US employees and international field staff; ? Ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems and multi-task; ? Working knowledge of federal regulations governing grants, cooperative agreements, and subcontracts, including OMB Circulars A-110, A-122, A-133, 22CFR226, and the FAR and AIDAR a plus. ?
