Control and Compliance Manager

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesEducate the workforce on core polices and processes Ensure operational reviews are performed in each location and that deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner Identify solutions for areas of weakness and improve overall processes Prepare for internal audits and ensure that audit points are resolved in a timely fashion Sponsor implementation of control enhancements for all locations Partner with Internal Audit to understand SOX requirements are met and ensure timely and accurate submission of information Supervise a  Market Unit Control and Compliance Analyst (in select markets) Travel is required

Basic Job QualificationsBachelors degree required in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of Accounting, Audit or Finance experience

Preferred Job QualificationsCPA certification preferred Previous supervisory experience
