Controller

This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a Controller or comparable capacity. A background in distribution and/or service business is a plus. Some experience or exposure to Lean or other process improvement programs are also a plus. The proven ability to effectively manage and motivate employees, and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management is necessary for a successful candidate.

A Bachelor?s degree is required with a CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. A thorough understanding of strategic planning and the ability to develop and communicate action plans and problem solving programs are a must.
