Our client, a large construction company, is currently seeking to hire a Controller.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities include:Timely and accurate accumulation and preparation of monthly financial statements and cash flowsMaintain financial policies and procedures, establish new policy and procedures as needed and ensure adherence of all personnel to suchAssist with compliance of tax and financial lawsCo-ordinate preparation of all tax and regulatory reporting requirementsPrepared and execute short and long term plans for improving the effectiveness of the company?s processes for accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and financial control
Requirements:CPA10-15 years corporate and public accounting experienceConstruction experience highly desirable
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 plus bonus
