Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Costing and Payroll.  Proficient in Quick Books Pro.

 

Detailed reporting to President of Cash Flow Projections weekly and monthly, Quarterly reports for Work in Progress and Work on Hand

 

Accounts Payable

  Data Entry, Verify account statements, Certificates of Insurance, Waiver of  Liens, Credit Applications

Accounts Receivable

AIA invoices, Time & Materials invoices, Bank Deposits, Transfers 

Payroll 

  Multi State reporting, Fedreal, State and local taxes

Job Costing

 Detailed cost accounting, multi on going projects

 Corporate Travel Arrangements

  Hotel, Car, Airlines



Taxes



  Quaterly and yealy tax filings Sales Tax, EmployeeWithholding, Unemployment, 940, 941

Yearly review

  Security Deposits, Sales by State, Equipment Rentals

Insurance

Health Administrator

  Business- Audit, Cost Comparison, Yearly solicitation

Contract Documents-  Client AIA contract documents, Review for specifications, Qualifications, Insurance
