Controller / CPA

Xperts, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Controller to direct the fiscal functions of the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and other regulatory and advisory organizations. This person will have the following knowledge/ skills/ experience: 10+ years of related finance/accounting experience; BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents; ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and 5+ years experience in making effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex accounting topics to company officers.  Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Candidates with 5+ years experience in a small business environment and who have venture capital business experience preferred.
