Established real estate development (commercial & residential) company located on the mid peninsula is looking for a hands-on Controller.? Excellent up-scale work environment and competitive compensation.? Reports?to President (owner) of the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage month end reconciliations and financial reporting

Preparation of payroll account reconciliation

Analysis of GL accounts & reconciliation of sub-ledgers to the GL

Assist in preparation of corporate budgets and forecasts

Prepare biweekly cash forecasts

?

Requirements:

BS degree in Accounting or related

7+ years of related experience

CPA a plus

Real estate industry experience preferred
