Controller to $110K

Our client, a privately held biotech company located in the Baltimore Metro area, seeks to add a talented accounting professional to their growing team as a Controller.? This company has a patented process and is already in the black after only being in business for 3 years.? They are Venture Capital backed and are expecting 5x growth in the next few years.? Operations are located in both Baltimore and Texas.? As such, the candidate must be will to travel to Texas a few times a month for the first couple of months.? Duties include : managing the staff and month end close process, preparing the financial statements, interfacing with management and the VC firm on all accounting and finance related issues.? This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a very successful and growing business.? Qualified candidates will have the following :

BS in Accounting
CPA
5+ years of experience
Public accounting foundation is highly preferred
Good ERP/Accounting system skills
