Position would work directly with Customer Accounting Supervisors and bargaining unit representatives. Position is accountable to monitor and coach Customer Service Representatives in interpersonal skills, development and proper protocols. Review daily reports to analyze representative productivity. Coordinates, interacts and conducts performance appraisals with employees, taking appropriate development actions. Handles and responds to complex customer and employee inquiries in a manner that demonstrates customer service excellence. Communicates effectively with customers and employees in accordance with Customer Service Standards. Operates customer information system and other customer systems. Supervise and participate in day-to-day department operations for compliance with Company policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in special projects or assignments as requested. Position will require in-depth training in all aspects of Customer Services areas including Meter Services, Contact Centers, Meter Reading, and Revenue Operations..

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Must have analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Must have PC experience that includes Microsoft applications (Word, Access, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Excel).

Must be available to work flexible hours.
Must be willing to travel and have a valid Driver's License.
