Coordinator, Post Audit (AP)

 

Responsibilities: 

 Provides leadership and direction to the Post Auditors to ensure timely completion of internal activities.  Prepares Financial Control post audit related reports.  Develops global post audit abilities and coordinates audits with Office Depot International Finance Departments and PRG-Schultz.  Develops and maintains internal controls associated with the purchase reporting system and Financial Control database.  Coordinates third party audits.  Leads and support the development and implementation of systematic AP audit process for Trade & Expense Payables.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience.  Minimum of four years financial experience with one to two years managerial experience.  Exceptional knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures relative to Post Audit best practices.  Knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and General Ledger.  Outstanding leadership skills.  Excellent computer skills.  Advanced presentation skills.  Excellent customer service skills.  Demonstrated excellence in problem solving, negotiation and persuasion skills.
