Coordinator of Cash Receipts and Trust Accounting

Center City based law firm with 450+ lawyers in 10 offices is seeking a Coordinator of Cash Receipts and Trust Accounting for the Philadelphia Office.? This position will coordinate and oversee the cash receipts and trust accounting activities firm wide.

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements?procedures and controls necessary to insure the integrity and efficiency of the cash receipts and trust accounting processes;

?

Provides technical support and guidance to all cash receipts personnel, including personnel in our regional offices;

?

Maintains trust account records, including deposits, disbursements and the overall accounting for all trust transactions.?

Requirements:

?

This position requires frequent interaction with all levels of management, attorneys and staff to coordinate the overall cash receipt/trust accounting process, including development and distribution of various reports as requested.

?

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services accounting environment.? Elite experience and Accounting coursework a plus.
