Corporate Accountant

in our Broomfield office!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for preparing financial statements including income statement and statement of cash flows Fixed assets and depreciation General ledger responsibilitiesWill work with other members of the financial reporting and tax accounting team, other accounting departments, and company management to gather and share information to accomplish tasks timely. Assist in external and internal auditsAssist ensuring detailed compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 controls and proceduresSales and property tax AD Hoc reporting/special projects as needed



JOB REQUIREMENTS5 to 7 years of experience in full cycle accounting  Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Required), CPA and/or MBA is a plusGeneral knowledge and understanding of GAAP, including revenue recognition and software capitalization Experience in a fast-paced environment Self starter, can work with little direction and supervision Functions well multi-tasking environment Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel Great Plains 8.0 experience (Desired)
