Corp Analysis & Control Manager, Int'l

Job Description: Corporate Analysis and Control is a resource used by all levels of the organization in an effort to maximize operating results and ensure quality. The scope of services is company-wide and involves broad work, including internal control, financial and operating controls, consulting, computers and systems, compliance and special-project reviews.

Key Responsibilities


Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the efforts of the Corporate Analysis & Control Department in the conduct of financial, internal control and operational audits.

Supervise audits at international sales offices, manufacturing sites and distribution centers with primary responsibility for sites in Europe.

Responsible for the supervision, professional development, and evaluation of staff.

Contribute to worldwide operating results and quality improvements in all areas.

Partner and coordinate with both Division / Function heads and key members of their team.

Partner with local and regional controllers to develop and implement policies and procedures

Pursue special projects as requested by management.


Minimum 6 years of experience in a multinational environment

The Manager will have to travel extensively, mainly in Europe, but also to the United States and other international locations.

Excellent PC skills. SAP /Hyperion knowledge a plus.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are requested: ability to partner and coordinate with both Division / Function heads and key members of their team.

Understanding of manufacturing and distribution center systems and control.

Ability to work independently and in teams as required.
