This position is with one of their divisions that is expanding rapidly and needs a Corporate CFO (Experience as a CFO, or Controller, Finance Director or Vice President of Finance etc.). Candidates MUST demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, professionalism and show strong - obvious?enthusiasm on the phone. MUST have strong budgeting and forecasting experience AND multi-site rresponsibilityexperience. A dynamic and high-energy individual is critical for this opening.? Salary:? $120,000 to $130,000

Annual Bonus- First Year- $36,000 to $39,000 (30% Annual Bonus)

Requirements:

- Obvious enthusiasm and a dynamic energy level required (this must be obvious during our first??

? telephone discussion, our client absolutely requires this)

- Experience putting teams or groups together and experience motivating and managing these

? people in a team-oriented style





- Strong forecasting and budgeting experience needed.

- MUST have experience with multi-sites, your resume needs to show this in order for you to be

? considered.



- Minimum of a 4-year college degree in Finance, Business or Accounting (absolutely requires a MINIMUM?of 4-year college degree with a degree major in either Accounting, Business or Finance), an MBA is a plus!! (but not at all required).

- 4+ years in a financial or accounting management position (e.g. 'Financial Manager' or?'Accounting Manager' or?'Chief Financial Officer', 'Director of Finance' etc.

- Proven strong leadership skills

- Strong computer skills
