XLC Services, a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an aggressive and career-minded Corporate Controller to join our Executive Team.  The right candidate will bring experience with accounting for a large distributed staff of over 1000 employees.

 

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Establishes or recommends to management major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company.Recommends modifications to existing corporate programs.Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.Provides management with timely reviews of organizations' financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.Other duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Experience:Manages two-four subordinate supervisors.Oversee operations in areas such as payroll processing, AP, Collections, AR.Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evalutaion of these units along with Accounting Manager and Accounting Supervisor.Other responsibilites include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field with cummulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.At least five (5) years of work/managerial experience in an accounting-related field.High degree of computer literacy using MS Office products.CPA a definite plus.Prior experience with MAS90 products a plus.
