**Corporate Tax**

Primary Duties:

?  Preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns.

?  Preparation of quarterly and annual tax accrual work papers.

?  Preparation of quarterly corporate estimated tax payments.

?  Preparation of tax projections budgeting and forecasting.

?  Assistance in administration of stock compensation plans.

?  Calculation and issuance of investor Schedules K-1, Forms 1099 and supporting schedules

?  Preparation of quarterly compliance testing (REIT and Investment Act of 1940)

?  Research tax issues

?  Participate in a variety of special projects

 

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years corporate and partnership tax experience from a large CPA firm.  Experience in tax accrual (FAS 109), REIT taxation and / or real estate partnership taxation preferred.
