Corporate Tax Accountant Needed for Downtown Direct Hire

Kelly Financial Resources is seeking a Corporate Tax Accountant for a direct hire opportunity. This opening is located in the downtown Denver area.

Minimum Qualifications To Be Considered:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-Knowledge of and adherence to GAAP
-Must have ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word and Excel applications
-Minimum 3 years corporate tax experience
-Working knowledge and understanding of multi state taxes, federal and state tax laws/regulations and tax forms for all these areas
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
-CPA or CMA certification

Job Duties:
-Responsible for all tax related functions in the company such as:
-maintaining the tax calendar
-tax estimates
-tax return extensions
-tax payment schedules
-review tax depreciation schedules
-keep up on all new tax regulations and suggest changes in tax strategy if needed
