Corporate Tax Software (CorpTax)- Account Support Representative - WEST COAST

The Account Support Representative (Tax Software Representative) functions as a liaison between our assigned clients and CORPTAX, LLC?in supporting our various lines of tax software products.

Provide implementation, training, and ongoing support to these clients with the goal of increasing client renewals and expanding product usage.
?
- provide training to clients on?tax software.
- provide telephone support during client return preparation.
- present additional solutions (products or services) to increase productivity with clients' existing products.
- discuss other?CORPTAX products with clients to enhance automation of?corporate tax departments.
- prepare and present assigned class materials for annual user conference.

Education:?Degree in Accounting or taxation preferred.

Certification:?CPA preferred.

Experience:?Previous tax background required.?The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of practical
experience in a tax department utilizing CORPTax or a similar software product.

Other:?Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.?Must be service oriented, with excellent follow through skills.
