Corporate Tax Supervisor

Successful global investment company located on the mid-peninsula is looking for a Corporate Tax Supervisor.  You will be part of their dynamic tax group supporting 3 Senior Tax Managers providing tax provision and research support.

 

Responsibilities:

?  Prepare/review federal and multi-state income tax returns for US corporations. Identify and calculate book to tax adjustments and prepare supporting work papers.

?  Research the application of federal and state tax laws as well as court decisions to aid in corporate decision making on decisions with tax ramifications; advise Tax management on all matters of federal and state taxation.

?  Assist in preparation/review of quarterly tax estimate and annual extension calculations.

?  Assist in the quarterly and annual income tax provision calculation.

?  Assist in US tax audits if needed.

 

Requirements:

BS degree in Accounting or Finance

3-4 years of corporate tax experience

CPA or MS Taxation a plus

Public Accounting preferred
