Correspondent Analyst

Correspondent Analyst Description: Do you enjoy analyzing loans and researching? Are you detail orientated? We need a Correspondent Analyst and you may be the person we are looking for!

Part of the job description is to: Analyze all aspects of loan origination, servicing and identify the cause of the problem loan issue. Review complex underwriting and fraud issues. Calculate loss exposure. Recommend appropriate resolution to Department Manager and coordinate resolution activities with Correspondent Lenders. Provide written and oral responses on all audit findings. Conduct specialized audits as requested by Management. Maintain Risk Analysis loan-review tracking and reporting




Requirements:
Computer literate. Strong research skills, including ability to ?read between the lines? and exercise sound judgment. Effective negotiation skills. Effective oral and written communication skills, including well-developed customer-service skills. Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with effective multi-tasking ability. Strong detail orientation and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work productively, with little or no supervision.

Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 Hourly DOE
