Tax Cosourcing practitioners provide day-to-day client service, in many cases managing the overall client relationship. We also identify service opportunities in new and existing clients and develop and sustain superior tax technical competencies at the local, cluster and national levels.? In the Tax Cosourcing group you will have the opportunity to work together with the client providing an integrated approach to
process improvement that can help their tax department maximize its strategic value to the organization.?
The Cosourcing manager is the leader of the day-to-day engagement team, which functions as an integral component of the client's tax department.? The manager will be assigned to various client locations in the Tri-state area and will be exposed to diverse business and tax processes.?

The Cosourcing manager establishes consultative working relationships with client personnel and will keep clients informed of the tax developments that may impact their business.? They will direct all work performed on an engagement, execute tax research, formulate tax planning strategies and perform tax compliance review.? Managers also have the responsibility for the development and motivation of all engagement staff, providing them with leadership, training, counseling and career guidance.

Candidate Requirements:
?????????Two or more years of general tax experience.
???????? Experience with a
Big 4/Medium size firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required
???????? Consulting and compliance experience is needed.
???????? Strong research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
???????? Exposure to SFAS #109 / tax provision calculations a plus.
???????? Excellent project management and presentation skills required.
???????? CORPTax experience preferred.
???????? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
???????? Advanced degree such as MST or MBA preferred.
????????? CPA preferred.
