The Cost Segregation Practice Leader will be responsible for providing and overseeing quality cost segregation services for the Firm?s clients.
Additional responsibilities include:
? Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in new clients for the firm or extended services to existing clients.
? Initiating cross selling to other practice units and service areas
? Demonstrating expertise in an industry of functional area and building a strong reputation in the marketplace
? Providing financial and assurance tax advice that enables client to increase shareholder value
? Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
? Delivering timely, high quality, and profitable services, that appropriately utilize Firm and client resources
? Demonstrating commitment to the Firm People Philosophy by modeling appropriate behaviors, and acts with respect and dignity in interactions inside and outside the Firm
? Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
? Keeping abreast of changes in industry regulations, and develops own competency through continuing education and by obtaining additional professional certifications
? Providing appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience with a professional services firm and have strong expertise in business development and client management. Additional qualifications include:

? Minimum of 8-10 years experience providing cost segregation consulting services in a public accounting or tax consulting firm.
? Experience selling professional services in a public accounting or tax consulting firm.
? A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships with small- to mid-sized business owners or CFOs.
? A proven record of simultaneously managing a book of business.
? A Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Urban Economics, or closely related field, MBA preferred.
? Ability to travel within assigned geographical area.
? Certified appraiser or other related certifications preferred.
? Must possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
? The ability to consult effectively with key clients and become a trusted resource is essential for success in this position
? High ethical standards, integrity and confidentiality, as well as adherence to both company policy and general accounting regulations, is expected
? Must set high standards for both personal and team productivity while meeting client deadlines
