Responsible for collection activities within assigned HP receivable portfolio. Utilize collection skills, as well as Company policies and procedures to perform timely collection of HP accounts receivable. Effectively identify and resolve customer issues preventing payment, which may include research within multiple receivable systems/tools. Communicate effectively to internal customers such as Order Entry, Inside and Field Sales Organizations, as well as external customers. Documents in centralized system location collection status, customer contacts, and updated dispute resolution status. Report to management on collection projections and inhibitors. Identify, negotiate, and implement
payment solutions with customers while adhering to HP policies and procedures. Escalate problem complex issues to senior problem resolver and identify root
causes of delinquency. Strive to meet and/or exceed financial metrics for Current balances, >60, >90, and DSO. Identifies risk customers to senior collection resolvers. Work under limited supervision and be able to manage large volume collection portfolio.
Undergraduate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Corporate Collection environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of SAP, Getpaid, Excel, Word, Powerpoint a plus, but not required.
