Credit Collections Specialist w/Oracle 11i

Our client seeks a talented Credit Collections/Cash Application Specialist with Oracle 11i for a long term temporary assignment to coordinate collection efforts with Credit Manager, Sales Managers, and sales representatives.  You must also monitor cash in advance payments and accounts receivable.

 

Additional Duties:

 

* Plans collections by receiving and analyzing delinquency reports; determining appropriate action.

* Notifies customers of delinquent status by verifying status; sending notification.

* Maintains account payments by monitoring payments; following-up to obtain payments.


* Documents collection actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.


* Avoids legal challenges by complying with regulatory requirements.

* Provides management control information by recording and summarizing collection data and trends.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

Oracle 11i is preferred.  JDE okay, excellent phone skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, customer focused, and attention to detail.

 

This is a long term temporary assignment.
