Credit Manager

Stock Building Supply is the largest supplier of building materials to professional home builders and contractors in the United States with sales in excess of $4 billion. Wolseley PLC, our parent company, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "WOS." Stock is currently looking for a Credit Manager in Roy, UT.

 

BASIC DUTIES:  Analyzes all applications for credit.  Establishes credit limits for all accounts.  Investigates credit references for accounts and credit reports.  Oversees and directs other associates involved in credit collection process.  Attends court/bankruptcy court when necessary.  Follows up on all charge offs and attempts collection.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  High School Diploma required.  Some college with an emphasis in accounting preferred.  Must have four years exp in credit and collections.  Supervisory exp required.  Compliance regulations and laws regarding debt, lien and finance collection matters required.
