Description:
Volt Services Group has partnered with a leading medical device manufacturing company to help identify a Credit & Collections Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. This person will be responsible for acting as liaison with internal and external customers in order to receive and apply all cash receipts, properly evaluate the worthiness of each customer?s ability to do business, contact customers for payments, process and apply all cash receipts, prepare deposit tickets for deposits, prepare credit applications for approval, print monthly customer statements for mailing, review and nominate credit service companies, maintain and update bankrupt customers? status, update all conversations with customers in database, distribute on hold reports to appropriate personnel, keep current on accounts passed on to the collection agencies, ensure company?s Quality Systems is adhered to, provide aging reports to Controller for further discussion, other projects as determined by the Controller.



Requirements:
This person should have minimum of three years of credit and collections or related industry experience. Significant exposure to heavy telephone volume. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of computers.
