Credit & Collections Representive

Are you experienced in commercial Credit and Collections?

Selected candidate will:

 

Set up new accounts, establish and re-evaluate customer credit limits and handle daily collection activities of accounts receivables including reconciling accounts, charge backs and interacting with customers.   

 

?  Handle all functions related to Credit & Collections for W.A.C.?s commercial & residential business

?  Release orders pursuant to a review and on outstanding account issues 

?  Review and evaluate credit limits for existing customers and provide recommendations

?  Analyze financial statements and balance sheets of customers to recommend granting or denying extension of credit

 

Successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, professional, dependable, results driven, and have a great attitude. In addition, the candidate will be a proactive team player with the ability to function in an extremely busy environment.

 

Requirements

 Bachelor Degree in Accounting or business related field of study 3-5 yrs Credit and Collections experience working with commercial accountsEffective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical capabilities with attention to detailAbility to think outside the boxProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  SAP is a plus!Experience in the lighting industry a plus!
