Credit & Collections Specialist

Signature is currently looking for someone with the following qualifications to join our Finance team as a CREDIT & COLLECTIONS Specialist, PART TIME:

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS-At least 2 years of commercial (business to business) collections experience is a mustProven track record in negotiating payments and resolving client disputesMust be able to build and maintain client relationships while resolving payment issuesStrong time management skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities, requiring minimal supervisionExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Experience working in the hotel, multi-family housing or heavy equipment industries is a plus

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Complete daily collections calls ?securing payments relative to sales terms and collection goalsRespond to customer inquiries by telephone or email correspondence Resolve customer inquiries through research and communication with other departments. Reconcile account balances and analyze customer payment historyEscalate client collection issues to manager for investigation, follow up and resolutionIdentify and resolve cash application issuesPerform any other accounting related functions as needed

 



JOB DETAILS-PART TIME schedule of 20-29 hours per weekMust be available between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm, Monday through FridaySignature office is located in Dublin, OhioPosition reports to Credit & Collections ManagerFor more information about Signature, please visit www.signatureworldwide.com
